Collar Club is a monthly subscription box for your dog; containing only natural treats and sustainable toys.

Every collar club box will contain:

One carefully selected toy, tested to the highest standards and usually with some eco features to boot.

A selection of 100% natural treats, usually one meat & one fish based.

One tasty natural chew or chewy toy.

In addition every month there will some surprise items! These will include amazing grooming products, doggy accessories and recipe cards to make your own natural treats.

The box is £36.99 and can be ordered monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly. This includes all taxes and postage fees to the UK.

When you sign up for a Collar Club Subscription, you will be asked to create a password for an account. From this account, you will be able to amend your address and manage your subscription. You can access your account here.

For new subscriptions, you will be billed as soon as the order is placed. For renewals, you will be charged on the 15th of each month.

Please Note, you are billed a month in arrears, so generally, the payment taken in a renewal will be for the month after.

Our boxes are generally shipped between the 4th-8th of the month. A notification will be sent once your box has been shipped.

Our cut off date is the 25th of the month. If you sign up before this date, you will receive a box the following month.
If you sign up just after, i.e between the 26th-2nd of the month, please note there is no guarantee your box will be able to be added to the current batch, and your box will not be dispatched until the month after that. (The next shipment date is displayed on the home page at time of ordering.)

We know that this is a long time to wait so if there is any wiggle room we will always try to send you a box as soon as we can! :) 

We like surprises, and we think everyone else does to! Thats why we don't release the full contents of the boxes upfront. There will be a few key products that we will feature, and the rest will be a surprise.

We have been known to send a sneak peek email once in a while, so make sure you are on our mailing list to receive these!

While the contents of the boxes is not customisable, we can arrange to ensure that there are certain proteins or ingredients that are excluded from treats for dogs with genuine medical need.

If your dog has allergies, you can enter these during the check out process - please be sure to list all ingredients that need to be excluded. If we have any queries we may drop you a message to clarify.

We now also offer a no plush option for those dogs that give their toys a ruff time!
